Kids and I went to Hainan island again this year. Last year around this time we went there to warm us up.
So far every time we travel from cold to warm place with high humidity, one of us get sick. Kenaz got stomach flu for several days. We stayed high carb low fat diet.
We had a good routine. In the morning we went to beach before it got too hot and grabbed lunch from stand on the way back to hotel. Kids watched movies and I dozed off. At three, we went back to beach till sunset.
Hainan island is called Chinese Hawaii. It got white sand, coconut trees, and volcano.This year we went to see volcano.
